Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Custom or bulk/wholesale orders may take longer — we will confirm an estimated timeline with you at the time of order.

Where We Ship We currently ship within India and internationally to select countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us before ordering to check availability.

Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that items made of brass, copper, and other metals can be heavy — actual shipping costs may be higher for larger or bulk orders, and we'll notify you of any adjustment before shipping.

Damaged in Transit All items are carefully packed to prevent damage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
